Account Management

To access account settings, press the Options button in the top right of any dashboard page and select Settings or visit here. 4 Tabs will become available. The first tab will show you your account ID, which you may need to reference in support tickets via the Support Server.

Subscriptions

On this tab, your RoBall subscription level will be visible. If you are subscribed to RoBall Premium, you will see your next billing date for your active subscription. If it looks wrong, please reach out in the Support Server. It is also possible to cancel your subscription here by pressing “Cancel Subscription”. A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation.

Note

Once you trigger a cancellation, you will be unable to reverse it and resubscribe to RoBall Premium until after the end date listed on the tab. You will maintain your subscription until that given date.

If not subscribed, a direct option to subscribe will be available.

Privacy

There are 3 privacy types (only 1 is in active use at present) that can be adjusted on this tab.

• Leaderboard Privacy: This will determine if your name will show up on leaderboards in the future (Fantasy etc)
• Profile Visibilty: Whether people can view you personal stats (currently not in use)
• Connections Visibility: If people can see your connections to other platforms (currently not in use)

You can toggle any of these and press Save Preferences to save them.

Connections

The external platforms connected to your RoBall account are viewable including your Discord ID (which cannot be changed) as well as the Roblox ID of the account you have chosen to link to your RoBall account. If no Roblox account is linked, an option will be available to begin the process (which will guide you through Roblox’s OAuth system). Your data will be processed in line with the RoBall Privacy Policy.

Caution

Once you link a Roblox account, you will be unable to link it (for now).
