Ratings

RoBall Ratings allow for players to receive match generated ratings based on their own statistical performance. These ratings are not indicative of how the league percieves the player to have performed. They are created using ratings factors that can be set by league adminstration (see here).

For an applicable match, they will be available on the match page.

Note

The Rating factors used for a match are used the time of submission. These factors are stored with the match and do not change. As a result, any further adjustment to any rating factor will not update the ratings of an already submitted match.

Ratings also take into account the player’s position and may apply an additioanl bonus depending on the individual match event. If a player is edited, their rating will be recalculated and displayed on the match page. Groups will also update their Average RoBall Rating immediately.

Caution

Such an update will impact already edited matches as ratings can no longer be recalculated.

Ratings will continue to evolve as demand requires and is available for Football only at present.
